FAQ’s

What should I do if my computer keeps restarting?

Check if the power cable is properly plugged into the power outlet.

If that doesn’t solve the problem, try to identify if the computer is restarting at random times or specifically at a certain process or task. If you are not able to identify any process that is causing the computer to restart, is better to stop using the computer to prevent further damage to the hardware.

If your computer is restarting with a message” Windows is updating or restoring”, that means that windows update has failed to properly install the feature update and is trying to fix it. One solution for this problem is to go into windows and uninstall the latest windows update using the setting-> updates-> view installed updates or just use the control panel.
